The Alexis is Seattle's only 4 Diamond "Work of Art". Located in the heart of downtown between the Pike Place Public Market and historic Pioneer Square since the turn of the century our hotel is listed on the National Register of Historical Places. We feature local artists' works throughout the hotels interior - our artwork is changed every 1-3 months. In addition, we have dedicated several of our suites to display local galleries' art collections e.g. Lisa Harris Gallery. Perfect for the discriminating traveler, guestrooms are decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques and traditionally patterned fabrics. 44 of our 109 rooms are exceptionally spacious and elegant suites. All of our suites contain graciously appointed sitting and dining areas; several of our suites feature either a wood-burning fireplace or a 2-person Jacuzzi tub. We also feature 2 of Seattle's popular dining establishments - The Painted Table and the Bookstore Bar & Cafe.
