The Sheraton Rittenhouse Square, an Environmental Hotel is the first "ecosmart" hotel in the United States. This new Philadelphia landmark showcases an environmentally responsible combination of high-tech features. All the guest rooms, meeting rooms and public areas (including two restaurants) receive filtered fresh air around the clock and are totally smoke-free. State-of-the-art recycled, sustainable, non-toxic materials are used throughout the hotel, including 100% organically grown cotton for upholstered furniture and bedding. As an additional environmental precaution, all cleaning and laundering products used in the hotel are non-toxic.
