The Residence Inn Willow Grove is located two miles from Montgomery Mall and the Willow Grove Naval Air Station and three miles from Willow Grove Park Mall. Downtown Philadelphia is thirty miles south of the hotel. Wireless high speed Internet access is available in the Gatehouse and meeting room. Guests must provide their own wireless card and software.

All suites now feature complimentary high speed Internet access. Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with work space. Some studios have a double sofa bed or fireplace. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area, double sofa bed, fireplace and work desk. Some two bedroom suites also have a cathedral ceiling and overhead fan and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.
