The Atlantis Inn is a SMOKE-FREE FACILITY, and the Inn mandates and enforces a STRICT NO-SMOKING policy on all property grounds. There is no smoking of any type permitted anywhere on the property including the mahogany rooftop deck and the front porch. The Atlantis Inn's room fabrics and duvet covers are imported, hand sewn, and smoke odors can penetrate and ruin them. Therefore, in suite smoking is prohibited, and if it is encountered, a $300.00 cleaning charge will automatically be charged to your credit card. (The same charge will apply for any damage, or spilled wine.) If you are a devoted smoker and you would like to seek accommodations elsewhere for your own comfort, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of this confirmation in order to receive a refund of your deposit without penalty. Following the 24-hour courtesy, standard cancellation policies will apply towards your reservation outlined below.
