As one of the top high tech business parks in the United States, the Research Triangle Park is host to pharmaceutical, telecommunications and computer industries. Just minutes from the Raleigh/Durham International Airport, downtown Durham, the historic town of Chapel Hill and nearby Raleigh, Doubletree Guest Suites is also centrally located to four major universities: Duke University, University of North Carolina, North Carolina State University and North Carolina Central University.
The 203 spacious well-appointed suites feature a living room and master bedroom for comfort and space. Every suite includes thoughtful touches such as wet bar, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, two telephones and three televisions.
The Piney Point Grill and Seafood Bar is open daily from 6:30am-10pm Monday-Friday and 7am-10pm Saturday and Sunday serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Banquet/meeting space seats 2-125 guests within the hotel and up to 300 on the terrace overlooking the lake. The tent on the terrace provides sides, heaters, fans and lights and is surrounded by trees and gardens.
