The Renaissance Asheville Hotel offers newly renovated elegant accommodations in downtown Asheville four miles north of the Biltmore estate and adjacent to the Thomas Wolfe memorial. This full-service property features club level rooms, a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool and fifteen thousand square feet of meeting and banquet space with an onsite audio-visual company. All guest rooms feature high speed Internet access with wireless service available in meeting space and pulic areas of the hotel. / Please note the Renaissance Asheville Hotel will be converting its outdoor pool to an indoor pool. Work will begin February 1 2004 with an estimated completion date of August 1 2004. The fitness center will remain open, but no swimming pool will be available during this time. A new junior ballroom will also be added.
