The Best Western Mammoth Hot Springs is situated on the banks of the Yellowstone River with spectacular mountain and river views. We are only one mile from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park, but just a stone's throw across the river from Yellowstone. Wildlife viewing from the property is commonplace. Located in Gardiner, Montana, a resort town but a little more down-to-earth and less commercialized than other stops around the park, the Best Western Mammoth Hot Springs is a very good place to stay for easy access to the park. Gardiner is called the "Elk Capital of the World" with a large population of elk sharing the town with its population for much of the year. There is trophy big game hunting within miles and blue ribbon trout fishing on property and many places close by.
