Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living area with dining and work space. Some studios have a sofa bed and several studios have an office separate from the main room. The office studios do not have a sofa bed. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, one full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Some suites offer high speed Internet access. Parking is additional at a daily, weekly or monthly charge. Pets are allowed with USD 50 non-refundable cleaning fee plus USD 10 per day.
