Wailea Makena Condos consists of 275 full-service condominiums in six very unique condominium villages. Two properties are oceanfront, two are beachfront, and two properties are located on the 18 hole championship Wailea Blue Golf Course. Each property has pools, barbecues and free parking. Each condominium includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, remote color TV with VCR, CD player and telephone with private answering machine. Extra Person:Children 12 and under stay free. Extra person charge: 30USD/night, Rollaway charge 10USD/night subject to availability, Crib charge 10USD/night subject to availability. Upon check-in if maximum occupancy is exceeded, rental will be refused to guest, and guest will be charged for another unit on their credit card (if another unit is available) or they must find alternative accommodation and there will be no refund. Maximum occupancies include children and infants.
