Dear guests, Andrea and Lucio warmly welcome you to Palazzo Guardi, magnificent Venetian palace that dates back to the 15th century. It has been completely restored and turned into 16 highly comfortable, light and airy rooms of superior standard, all furnished in typical Venetian style. building has a magnificent original central hall , with a breathtaking view over the canal and the nearby “Squero(shipyard) di San Trovaso”. Here dating back to the antique Venetian republic and up until present days, the original Venetian gondolas are constructed; those boats which have made Venice famous throughout the world. The other building has been turned into the breakfast hall which is adorned with the authentic 15th century wooden beams and decorations. This area can also be used for conferences and in summer the beautiful private courtyard provides a perfect setting for breakfast “al fresco”. The buffet breakfast can therefore be taken in the elegant breakfast area, or, if Guest prefers, it can be delivered to the room where one can enjoy, in the comfort of one’s room, the magic atmosphere of Venice. We also offer , in the central hall, a private corner where our clients are able to us a small p.c. for personal correspondence and internet.. All our staff have many years of qualified experience in the hotel business.
