The Hotel Levante stands among the trees in a peaceful and a panoramic place of Chianciano and it isabout 200 mt. from Acqua Santa spa and Fucoli Park. The hotel has been recently adjusted and it has 20double bedrooms with wc, telephone, tv and hair-dryer. In some bedrooms it's possible to add anotherbed. Mother Norma personally cleans therooms and in her kitchen-garden she lovely grows tomatoes, salad and courgettes. She's very proud ofher products. Norma entrustes her vegetables to her son, the chef Stefano who is able with hisexperience to exalt the taste of food. His cooking doesn't take the genuine taste off the dishes.Stefano is qualified to the hotel school and he's able to satisfy his customers cooking for them thetypical dishes of tuscan cousine (the hand-made pasta "pici", the typical tuscan soup or the onionsoup) and other typical national dishes ("lasagne", "tagliatelle" or rise and fish "risotto allapescatora"). Sabrina has got a diploma to the hotel school as her husband Stefano. She's always kindand cheerful to serve at table to the customers of the hotel. At last there's Igino who is the head ofthe Marabissi Family. He changed an humble hotel in an hotel which today can offer many conforts andtotal relax to its guests. The Hotel Levante is able to put its customers at ease to get they can feelto be like one of the family!
