A holiday at the *Gigliotto farm holiday centre* is to enter into the ancient heart of Sicily, not just in a geographical sense - in fact, this is the marvellous hilly area between Piazza Armerina and Caltagirone ,- but also in a real sense* this masseria has a good 700 years of history, and the restoration that it has undergone means that all of it, not only the main farmhouse but also the outbuildings, with their old beams and exposed stone walls, maintain the charm of bygone times. The Gigliotto farm holiday centre is open all year around.
