The luxurious one hundred year old hotel, which is family run, has been completely renovated to ensure it's reputation as Southend's finest hotel is maintained well into the new Millenium. We have been awarded a prestigious silver award by The English Tourist Board and have an AA star rating in excess of over 70%. Our fully air conditioned restaurant, which is open daily offers an exellent variety of fine cuisine, from 'table d'hote' and extensive 'a la carte' menus to the specials of the day. At the weekend the ambiance of the restaurant is further enriched by the performances of our resident pianist.We have a well stocked bar which boasts an extensive wine list.
