PROPERTY NOTES:
* Credit card Security Code is required on all bookings. The Security Code is usually a 3 or 4 digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The Security Code is typically printed on the back of the credit card (on the front of American Express cards) and must be included with the credit card number and expiration date. If the card Security Code is not provided in the comment field or if the credit card not valid, the hotel may cancel booking without further notice to the guest or the travel agent.
* Cancel policy for stays of 7-30 nights: cancel by 12pm (noon) hotel time, day of arrival to avoid a penalty of two night's room and tax.
* Cancel policy for stays of 30 or more nights: cancel by 12pm (noon) hotel time, day of arrival to avoid a penalty of three night's room and tax.
* No cancellation fees on reservations cancelled through a travel agent prior to 12pm hotel time on day of arrival, except for groups renting 8 or more units and arriving on the same day.
