Citadines services are intended to make your life easier. Take advantage of the lobby and breakfast lounge. For professional people on the move, our business facilities, which include two furnished, meeting rooms, should satisfy their every need. Private outside and inside car parks are at your disposal, as is the fitness center and the billiards room. Citadines Geneve Gaillard Office Hours open 7am-9pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm on Weekends/Bank Holidays. Please contact hotel for after hours instructions.

* Credit card Security Code is required on all bookings. The Security Code is usually a 3 or 4 digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The Security Code is typically printed on the back of the credit card (on the front of American Express cards) and must be included with the credit card number and expiration date. If the card Security Code is not provided in the comment field or if the credit card not valid, the hotel may cancel booking without further notice to the guest or the travel agent.
* Cancel policy for stays of 7-30 nights: cancel by 12pm (noon) hotel time, day of arrival to avoid a penalty of two night's room and tax.
* Cancel policy for stays of 30 or more nights: cancel by 12pm (noon) hotel time, day of arrival to avoid a penalty of three night's room and tax.
* No cancellation fees on reservations cancelled through a travel agent prior to 12pm hotel time on day of arrival, except for groups renting 8 or more units and arriving on the same day.
