Gran Hotel Son Net has a total of 25 rooms and suites, each named after an important figure in Mallorcan History. All rooms feature the luxurious standards of a five star hotel. They are individually decorated, comfortably and elegantly equipped and each room has its own special colour scheme. All rooms include deluxe comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, big marble bathrooms with in-floor radiator, heated towel racks, large mirrors, full air-conditioning and heating, satellite TV, mini-bar, telephone and safe. Guests have a choice of room category: there are four Studio rooms on the ground floor, six Superior rooms on the first floor and five Deluxe rooms on the second floor overlooking the village and the swimming pool. The two Gran Suites are located in two corners of the finca with large windows and huge living rooms offering superb views over the magnificent countryside. The third Suite is the Casita, which is on the outer part of the house and has a private garden and swimming pool. The four spacious Royal Suites have private terraces or gardens, beautiful views, huge luxurious marble bathrooms, walk-in showers, Jacuzzis and much more. The surface area of the Royal Suites are between 130 to 150m2 and the Gran Suites are from 100 to 120 m2. THE RESTAURANTS Through an arrangement with The Stein Group, Gran Hotel Son Net is now the Mallorcan home of the restaurant L'Orangerie of Los Angeles, winner of many international gastronomic awards. Memorable Mediterranean cuisine is served in L'Orangerie, Mallorca. The huge original olive press of Son Net once used for making olive oil has been refurbished and, although it is not being used for production, after several centuries it is once again in complete working order. The L'Orangerie Mallorca offers the best quality products and service all based on traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Fresh market products, Mediterranean ingredients and herbs masterly are combined to make exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented dishes to please even the most demanding palates. L'Orangerie's exclusive wine list has a fantastic selection of Mallorcan, Spanish and European wines. In the summer, the poolside Gazebo restaurant offers freshly grilled dishes prepared in an old stone oven served in an informal setting. We prepare the best fresh products of the island: grilled meat, fish and seafood, pasta, a fabulous salad buffet all served in an enchanting spot with spectacular views of the valley of Puigpunyent. Every Sunday a Buffet Brunch is served in our Restaurant. It is a gastronomic journey with exquisite dishes that reflect Mallorcan, Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. It is a unique opportunity to enjoy your self in an attractive ambience and a comforting atmosphere. The Bar Son Net lounges have a large range of art and antique furniture, a cozy fireplace, views of the patio and the valley of Puigpunyent. Don't forget to ask for a superb cocktail masterly prepared by our barman, while you enjoy the soothing music selected for the occasion. In the summer, the bar also includes open-air terraces. Teatime is served every afternoon in our fireplace lounge during the fall, winter and spring season. A wide selection types of teas, scones, muffins, plum cakes, fruit cakes and finger sandwiches make it a complete feast. Under the shade of a five hundred year old cypress tree the pool bar El Mirador invites you to enjoy tropical milkshakes and ice creams.
