Newly reconstructed in 1998/99. The hotel belongs to a large complex of 8 buildings. A tourist class hotel is situated as well. The first class hotel is situated in a 5 store building, there are 40 rooms and 2 suites on each floor.
There are two tennis halls, large grass areas and a summer terrace around the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a large parking place for 200 cars and 30 buses is situated in front of hotel.
